FURNITURE

Newport Cottages prides itself in building quality furniture, individually benchmade and created just for you. Because these pieces are made to order, all furnishing purchases are not returnable or refundable. All orders must be cancelled within 2 business days. If you have any questions in regards to finishes, dimensions or options, please call and one of our furniture specialists can assist you.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and although we do everything possible to ensure a great experience with the ordering of your furniture, at times damages during shipping, or delays may occur. If your order arrives damaged, the furniture delivery company reserves the right to having the damaged item(s) repaired. If the delivery company determines that the item(s) cannot be repaired, or replaced, you have the right to be reimbursed for your purchase.

ACCESSORIES, GIFTS & GEAR

Items must be returned in their original packaging in unused condition within 15 days from receipt of product.  All returns must be accompanied with proof of purchase, and return authorization number. To obtain a return authorization number, please contact customer care at customercare@newportcottages.com .  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges.  For your security, please ship with an insured courier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt.  We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
