All
of our furniture pieces are benchmade using quailty craftsmanship
and traditional woodworking techniques such as mortise & tenon
joinery, rail and stile construction as well as inlaid raised panels.
The term "benchmade" is used when an item is individually
built from start to finish on the bench of a highly skilled carpenter.
Artisans hand turn on a lathe all of the posts and legs for each
piece of furniture. In an era of mass production, imports and computerized
machinery, this is an art form seldom used by most furniture manufacturers.
We
use select domestic hardwoods and manufacture our furniture in the
U.S. A hand rubbed finish is carefully applied to each piece before
it is inspected by one of our quality control team members. Our
company, and each of its members, takes pride in the integrity and
quality of each piece of furniture. |
